An amenity for every season at Brighton Crossings

In Colorado, we adore our seasons. Mainly because we get to experience all of them. And each is unique. Waking up to cooler mornings that give way to warmer afternoons and evening drizzles in the Spring. Summer’s sunny days at the pool with warm temps that make air conditioning that much sweeter. The magic of Fall with our changing trees and sweatshirt weather. And winter may be cold some days, but when the sun makes the snow twinkle, you tend to forget all about the temperature.

Since Brighton Crossings is made to make the most of your time, you can imagine that we’ve thought long and hard about how our glorious seasons can be made even better right here in the community. We’re talking outdoor to indoor amenities, parks that cater to year-round fun, and get-togethers and community events that highlight the season’s charm.

You’ll find something special for each season when you choose to become a neighbor here.

Award-winning Venture Center

Modern architecture helps highlight the modern conveniences of having a remarkable community center in your backyard. The award-winning Venture Center was dubbed the Best Community Amenity and for good reason. It looks great, and it’s been thoughtfully designed to become an extension of your home.

Replete with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and a flex room for yoga, pilates and private classes, you could say it’s like a fitness room in your basement…on steroids. And to cater to that “extra living room” feeling, there are comfy couches, a fire, coffee bar and workspaces. If you need the space then just grab your headphones and your laptop and cozy up.

Venture Water Park

Yeah, our residents don’t just have a community pool. It’s more like a water park. And that’s why we named it as such. With two pools for differing purposes, outdoor grill areas, cabana-style lounging and a fire pit, you could say its annual opening is a much anticipated event around here. There are splash structures for the kids, lap lanes for adults, and a whole lot of smiles from everyone.

Typically, we make the season opener a bash with a big splash. Check the latest Crossings Times for events listed on the back cover.

8+ Community Parks (and Counting)

Parks and playgrounds are a given for most any new home community. In Brighton Crossings, there’s a park nearly around every corner and made to keep things fresh. Because they’re not all the same. There’s a splash pad. There are playgrounds and multi-use courts. There are parks dedicated to a good match whether pickleball or tennis or bocce. And there are parks with big lawns to run, spread out, or just saunter around any time of year.

You can take our word for it, but we’d rather you grab your keys and check ’em all out. See where they’re located by browsing our community map and get your bearings by checking out the community gallery. Plus, there’s even more on the horizon, so make sure you’re signed up for our emails.

Life’s Conveniences for Every Season

Other than the pools, the parks, the centers and the pathways to oh-so-many places, there’s also a retail center in the heart of the community. Get your coffee, complete your grocery list, fill up the tank, and grab a bottle of wine for dinner. It’s about a 10-block walk from the Venture Center.

And you’re never far from where you need to go. Downtown Brighton is a quick 5 miles directly west for more dining and shopping options. Downtown Denver and Denver International Airport are a 20-minute ride. So, if you’re headed out of town or headed to work, you’ve found the right location to plant your roots.

See how these amenities can speak to your needs throughout the year. Seriously though, come check us out. Grab your keys. Get directions. We’ll be here.
